At AKKO EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming gear. If your keyboard or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, mint condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all keycaps, cables, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our European distribution hub, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
